The Bulldog Clamp is used to assist in the picking up of tubing in the service rig sector. The Bulldog Clamp, in one motion, clamps on and locks (using an automatic positive locking system). The Bulldog Clamp will not slip on or mark tubing while, with the aid of the rig's tugger line, lifts the joint up and forward into the rig's elevators. When using the Bulldog Clamp in the picking up, or laying down tubing, back injuries become non-existent. The Bulldog Clamp is becoming not only the worker's best friend, but the management's as well.
